Had a great time here! The two-bedroom suite offered tons of space. A full kitchen made snacking easy. Super convenient for exploring downtown Halifax. Just a heads-up, parking was a bit of a trek to the garage. Still, I'd definitely recommend it!

Location can't be beaten, I strolled easily to attractions. The cozy rooms included a full kitchen!
Dissatisfying cleanliness issues were observed , which detracted from my overall experience.

Incredibly beautiful and absolutely great hotel, our stay was relaxing.
the staff were consistently courteous and outstandingly accommodating and the location was marvellous down to the waterfront area. our breakfast was nice hot with delicious coffee and also meats. the services were great, offered us strong free wi-fi.

The hotel was conveniently located near attractions.
I encountered significant issues . Initially, we were assigned the wrong suite, unnecessary packing and moving. There was a lack of communication about room cleaning services, and we discovered that our suite was not stocked adequately for our three-day stay, prompting multiple requests for towels and supplies.

Having a full kitchen in the suite was fantastic. It. The staff were really attentive. Scott went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The complimentary breakfast offered a solid variety and tasted great. I faced delays of up to 10 minutes, frustrating, especially during busy morning hours. I noticed some wear in the rooms, like a bit of mold on the bathroom caulking, which detracted from the cleanliness. A great stay with some minor issues.

The hotel pool was excellent and the hotel location is very good - close to the downtown and connected by pedways in the event you need to walk indoors.
The hotel needs a facelift. It appears work is underway. From the outside it looks run down but the tower area of the hotel is fine.

The location of the Citadel Hotel was great easy walking to harbour and historical area of halifax.
Exterior was weathered looking but did not reflect on the service or rooms inside.
